Who I am
QKova Data is the trading name of Queen Adiat, a sole trader based in the United Kingdom. For the purposes of the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018, Queen Adiat is the data controller for the personal data collected through this website.
What data I collect
If you contact me by email (including via the contact form, which opens your own email app), I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and the contents of your message.
This website does not use cookies, analytics, or any other tracking technologies, and does not collect data about your browsing behaviour.
How I use your data and my lawful basis
- Responding to your enquiry — I use your contact details and message to reply to you. My lawful basis is legitimate interests (responding to business enquiries).
- Working together — if an enquiry leads to work, I use your details to manage our engagement. My lawful basis is taking steps towards, and performing, a contract.
I do not sell your data, share it with third parties for marketing, or send marketing emails without your consent.
Who processes your data
Your message is delivered and stored using my email service provider, which processes the data on my behalf. Your data is not otherwise shared unless required by law.
How long I keep your data
I keep enquiry correspondence for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, where we work together, for the duration of the engagement plus any period required to meet legal, accounting, or tax obligations. Data no longer needed is deleted.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, email me at [email protected].
If you are unhappy with how your data is handled, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
